At Compucharts, we assign our customers' equipment to an individual field service
rep. The same field service rep maintains them every time a PM or service call is made.
Why? We want our field service rep to know the service history, the environment, and the
human element of the equipment assigned to them. This promotes efficiency for both our
customers and Compucharts.
Each field service rep is supplied with a with tools,
test equipment, and spare parts. Each service center location is stocked with additional
spare parts to cover normal service, standard maintenance, and most emergencies. If by
chance the part is not stocked locally, we ship "next day air" to that location
to expedite the repair.
A Compucharts contract is like an insurance policy; if a failure occurs, we absorb the
cost. Our contracts cover everything except consumable items.
Because we are good at what we do, we do it right the first time. Quality work by our
field service reps has enabled us to reduce our expenses. We pass these savings back to
our customers by charging less than our competition.
